Special events, such as charter boat weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, and holidays require a lot of planning and setting up. We will take care of all the hard work in the planning, design & set-up and even coordinate the catered food for your event.
Securing your Event Catering is easy, with just 3 simple steps.
Once you secure your event date for the boat with cYc Management, then follow the steps below to secure your cYc Event Catering Services.
#1 - Send us the Reservation Request Form above, Email or Call us to secure your Event Catering Services. #2 - Choose the most ordered Menu from below (cYc On The Lake Menu) and Add the total Guests for the Event. This will give you the Event Catering Price. You can Add additional items from the cYc Ala Carte Menu and total up to Full Event Catering Price..
#3 - Print & Fax or email the Order Form(s) to us with the Event Catering Deposit.
Get Ready to enjoy your cYc Charter Boat Event with the Event Catered food. No hassles, no set-up, no clean-up, no worries.
If you decide to Choose any of the other Custom Menus, please use the Reservation Form, and best time to contact you to discuss Menu Options, and In-Person meeting to review your request.

If you have booked your cYc Charter Boat Event with cYc Management, then the $100 Event Catering Date Reservation Fee is waived. If you have a Pending Event Date or just Inquiring, then once the Event Catering Date Reservation Request is submitted and accepted, use the PayPal logo BELOW to place your $100 Refundable Event Catering Fee. Upon Contract with Event Catering Services, then this fee will be applied to the Contract Deposit.
For those who Contracted with cYc Event Catering Services DBA, you can choose to click the same logo BELOW and enter your Contract Deposit using the appropriate dollar amounts or the nearest to your Contracted Amount. Any difference will be applied to your final contract.
