This is the simplest Menu we have available. We have watched 10 years of Catered Events on the cYc Lake Norman Charter Boats and below is what works best. It comes with everything that is standard for any type of event on the boat. It includes the Catered Food, Plates, Napkins, Forks, Personal Attendant and everything else. Of course, you can Add Addition Food Items to it from our cYc Ala Carte Menu!
Cost for all the items included below are
$20 per person with a 50 Guest Minimum.

Assorted Cookie Tray (Which may include - Sugar, Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Oatmeal Raisin etc.) Add $2 PP
Assorted Bar Tray (Which may include - Gooey Pecan Bars, Chocolate Chip, Raspberry Cheesecake, Butter Bars) Add $2.50 PP
Assorted Pound Cakes (Which may include - lemon, almond, butter, orange, vanilla butternut) Add $3.50 PP

Included in the price is an cYc Event Catering Services Attendant on the Boat, plus all standard table top displays, Black Table Linens, Stainless Chafers, disposable plates & flatware, napkins, serving dishes, aluminum foil containers and heating burners!!! Total Food Cost is subject to Applicable NC Sales Tax of 7.5% and 15% gratuity on Order excluding Sales Tax!
Upgrade to heavy duty 9in, black plastic plates are available for $1.00 per guest.
Upgrade to heavy duty china looking disposal plates, silver plastic flatware, dinner napkins and cocktail napkins are available for $2.50 per guest.
White and Color Linens and decorative platters are available for Rent.
